Over the last six years, me and my partner Helen have visited Anglesey on holiday several times a year and fell in love with the wild, rugged West Coast. In March 2014 we moved here with our two rescue German Shepherds. We enjoy walking the Anglesey coastline looking out for new locations to shoot.
I started my career as a printers apprentice in the 1980’s while studying for a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design. Since then I have gained over 25 years experience in the design industry.
My journey has given me a vast wealth of knowledge and experience while working as an Illustrator, Graphic Artist/Designer, Photographer and Web Designer within the fields of advertising/promotion, marketing and print production. My last position held before moving to Anglesey was Design Manager for a plc company with 16,000 plus clients.
Since being a young teenager I have been interested in ‘Impressionism’. The way the artist would portray colour and light. The unusual visual angles, movement and the way the scene would just comes to life! This is what I try to adapt into my photography.
Most of the shots I take of Anglesey are from very accessible locations, where the simplest of beauty goes unnoticed. My photography shows the viewer the beautiful attraction and harmony within nature.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to know more about my photography and the services I offer.
